Of course this movie is based on Tetsujin 28-go (Gigantor.) The same guy who is producing the movie also just did a stage play on this story earlier this year. Now whether it is going to be animated like all other Astro Boy movies or live-action like a power rangers deal. Personally i think this movie would be better off animated because when someone changes it from animated to live-action, it is either corny or just humiliating. Think about it. What if they made The Lion King with real lions? Or if they changed Peter Pan to star real people.. Oh that’s right, they did. I’m not saying everything is a cheesy Disney Movie, but its just likely. The producers did a very good job with Avatar and that was partially animated. I have high expectations for the movie, but low expectations for a live-action.
