I guess it is just like an actroid and has no intelligence. It was made by a state’s research center so it’s more like they need to show that they are doing something if someone asks :) It’s probably just voice recognition and face tracking in a big white box. Until they don’t show the robot doing real human like tasks then there is no need to believe the robot can do more than in the videos :(
