		<description><![CDATA[I like the progress being made and the hydraulics method has many advantages but I wish I could be confident of near term advances in mobile hydraulic systems since when you leave the tubes behind you&#039;d need a loud gas engine or something to work such systems. That&#039;s going to be a tight squeeze for his chest. That is, if one wants to have it do more than test clothing.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[As you should be able to see from those videos of the SARCOS humanoid, it does not walk very naturally and is extremely slow compared to the walking and running that PETMAN can and will do.  

Also, keep in mind that Boston Dynamics&#039; BigDog is able to handle unstructured environments - i.e. outdoors.  PETMAN was built upon similar technology, so it seems quite likely it would be able to do so as well.]]></description>
