That’s going to be a tight squeeze for his chest. That is, if one wants to have it do more than test clothing.

Also, keep in mind that Boston Dynamics’ BigDog is able to handle unstructured environments – i.e. outdoors.  PETMAN was built upon similar technology, so it seems quite likely it would be able to do so as well.
