Kondo unveiled the KHR-3HV humanoid robot kit at their 5th anniversary celebratory event, June 13th 2009.

Himeji Softworks’ STD-ZERO hobby humanoid robot kit is being pitched as the “standard” model to its more flashy and expensive JO-ZERO kit. It’s cheaper but comes with less servos and a plain body.


Himeji Softworks’ JO-ZERO hobby humanoid robot kit features 20 degrees of freedom, audio output, and the ability to automatically generate stable walking gaits using its Motion Generator software.
