Takeshi Maeda has updated his site with more photos of his current work-in-progress, which I’m assuming will be named Omni-Zero 10.  Look at those shoulders! It will feature a nice redesigned head similar to the last robot he competed with.  Apparently, Maeda-san has added robot sound effects to his previous robots when they walk for added effect, but this time he won’t have to – the robot makes plenty enough servo noise all on its own!  You can see a few more photos of his tireless work, including the CNC milled exterior body armor, at his website.
