Meka Robotics’ Compliant Limbs
Meka Robotics (the Californian company that made the upper torso for Georgia Tech’s Simon) has posted a couple of videos showcasing its compliant limbs. A robot that is being used to study human-robot interaction is going to be in close contact with people, so this kind of thing is important for safety reasons.
You can check out more videos and photos of Simon’s hands over at Hizook.
